The next edition will take place from 11 to 22 June 2025.

africologne presents events in the fields of theatre, dance, performance, music, audiovisual art and dramatic literature from various African countries, in cooperation with Afro-diasporic artists and in international co-productions. Audience discussions with the ensembles take place after the events.

The last africologneFESTIVAL took place in Cologne from 1 thru 11 June 2023. The venue Alte Feuerwache was again the festival center.
