An intercultural encounter between three choreographers and their ensembles. Together with the Zent-rum Donko Seko in Bamako/Mali, the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne and the Theater im Ballsaal in Bonn, CocoonDance creates an experimental meeting space in which the choreographers and their performers develop projects in parallel and temporarily hand them over to the other choreographers. EX-SITU is the result of the re-reading of the work No Body but me by CocoonDance, which deals with the staged pleasure of seeing human bodies and above all with the complete dissolution of bodies into ecstasy. At the centre of Nullstelle is the direct relationship between memory and sense of identity. Fake N.E.W.S. focuses on the projected image. The screen becomes a reality and transforms bodies into divine beings. The audience is confronted with the decision to choose between the image and the live performance.
